THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The construction is pathetic, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd purchased something functional instead.
